He is the former Director (Finance) of BPL Sanyo Technologies Ltd, Bangalore. Presently he is the Founder and CEO of Smart Management Solutions, Coimbatore, providing Financial & Business Management Consultancy services to over 200 SMEs across the country since 2009. He is also the past member of Business Network International (BNI), and the past President of West Cotton Jaycees, Kannur, Kerala.

His core domain expertise is strategy and global marketing. In his brief stint as an entrepreneur, he ran his own packaging industry as a 100% EOU company which provided him synergy in the global network.
Shaji Zacharias is an experienced management professional with over 35 years of leadership roles held in Sales, Marketing & General Management. He has worked in the public and private sector leading sales teams, setting up supply chains and building retail networks across states in India. In the latter half of his career, he led global solutions teams in Information Technology & Digital Transformation. He continues to be actively involved with a number of companies advising on multiple areas, besides running his family farm and operating a restaurant. He is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Ragavendiran is an expert and versatile Chartered Accountant with an experience of over thirty years in Audit and Finance. His extensive experience in bank concurrent audits and statutory audits has also been commended by clients. His stint with Ernst and Young in Riyadh paved the way for the highpoint of his career – Director (Finance) of an international trading company, based in Hong Kong, with twelve overseas branches. From 1993 to 2018, he designed, implemented, and monitored numerous Financial Controls, Policies, and Procedures to efficiently manage the funds of the company, ensuring profitability and liquidity. Presently he is the Director of an auditing company and is based out of Coimbatore. He brings this wealth of experience and expertise to his current role as an Internal Auditor and Financial Strategist at Accenterra.
From a grassroots volunteer since 1989 to becoming the Director of a vibrant NGO, Victor Ignacy has always been a firm upholder of three key elements: sustainability, empowerment & equity. His academic and administrative experiences as a teacher in rural India, gave him the insight and ability to be a purposeful planner and leader.
Dr. Krishnamani Ramanathan, the Director, was a recipient of the National Geographic Society’s Grant (# 5556-95), in 1995. He studied the phyto-ecology of the lion-tailed macaque’s habitat in southern India, for his Doctoral thesis. As a token of gratitude, a part of the profits generated by Accenterra, will be donated to National Geographic Society.
